It was a very bad experience at hotel we were in a group and booked this hotel. I was a total fraud. 1. Location is not good and not safe 2. It doesn't have any space neither in room nor in corridors 3. They doesn't switch on ac during our entire stay they demanded 350 rs per room extra to switch on ac. However ac was included in booking. I sad them to see the booking ticket they we don't know anything if want ac u have to pay i sad that we will complain this matter to mm t. They threatened us. That if u will complain we will not provide room. Ur booking doesn't matter 4. Food is too costly here service is bad. Food servings manner is too bad 5. I ordered paratha. They gave us only paratha. Not anything to eat with us i suggest never to go this hotel again

I booked a classic room for 3 people. But they provided a queen bed, and no other mattress because room is small they asked me for rs 600 for deluxe room which has a separate mattress. Receptionist asked for rs 150 for geyser, although geyser was there but unplugged. About 400 metre from charbagh railway station, and on a 10 feet road street. Staff was nice and well behaved. Overall average

I reached at night around 11pm and then they are wasting my time around 30min for confirming my booking. As far as hygenie is concerned there was dirty bedsheet, dirty pillow cover, dirty towel and dirty blanket. They also not follow any covid-19 protocol. Funniest thing is that they refused to give me complimentary breakfast by saying that it was not showed in their app. My money was waste
