Hotel location near to the shenoi nagar metro, but room was worst, bathing water was yellow, water heater was not working. worst stay forever

Rude behaviour from the receptionist, they denied the booking and charged an additional. For check in, the heater was not working, and the water color was also fully yellow. Worst hotel ever stayed

While checking in they are asking me to pat extra 500 rupees as pending amount. Without that they did not allow to checkin. Location is also far away and not easily accessible.

As per the booking details, check in time was 9-00am and when i went there they said after 12 noon only can enter. Moreover i got a mm t discount of 195 rupees when i made the full payment of booking. The hotel people said i have to give that money also. So i paid it. When i got the room there is no ac working water supply also problem. I don't know to whom i have to complain.

The final amount i paid through the app was around 850. But after reaching the place i was made to pay 620 more. Make my trip did not inform me of such balance payment. Why wasn't the actual amount mentioned in the app? what's the purpose of this app then?

The stay when i reached the call option is not there and no one is there to pickup and the main thing is there are bookings made but there is room available and the place is not at all good

As per my booking the check in was 9 am but the hotel staff refused saying the check in time was 12 pm only. In the end i had to pay extra charge for early check. The rooms are very bad, especially the toilet

This hotel is located in a prime location near to shenoy nagar metro station and has a2b self service nearby. Ac room was provided with a double bed. Rest room was neat and clean. Water was coming in all taps. Mirrors were looking clean. Bath towel, soap and shampoo was provided. Tv was working on the night but in the morning, inadequate funds and recharge pending. Reception person was very mature and kind enough. Rooms located in 3rd floor and have a lift.

We had a terrible experience at the hotel, staff were very rude and unprofessional. Rooms maintained in very bad and no hygiene.

My stay was terrible I had booked in advance and confirmed my booking after due payment However the oyo guest house were demanding double the charges demanded for extra payment and never allowed to get into the room at night 10 pm without extra payment as per their demand tried to contact oyo but they could not resolve hotel persons told me to resolve the same experience also faced by other customers or hotel management is taking any responsibility all do not have any system of defining the correct charges while booking and there is no system of communication and hotel management pl take appropriate corrective action I will never recommend any bookings from oyo to anyone. I traveled from Bengaluru to Chennai booked from 6 to 8 and was made to wait one hour for entering the alloted room I was allowed only after payment demanded double and extra by guest house management I had cut short my trip and booking by a day and vacated to an alternate place of stay

They are asking extra money. I need to pay extra 650 for the stay. Room is ok to stay and receptionists are good. However tv is not working

The hotel staff were not accommodating. At first they were not giving me check in because of their own technical fault the rooms were smelling the ac was not working properly, after 1 hr of switching on the ac the room did not get cold the bedsheets was dirty and smelling, it was just that i had luggage with me else i would have shifted to another hotel

Even after booking in make my trip the room was not available when reached the hotel. No other alternative arrangements the condition of rooms was below par

Bought some money from my hand. My account sent u my money. But some my money. Ok

They asked for extra 150. 1500. Then the room was not cleaned and the sheets were not arranged. Service was sobad. Stay was not good

i experienced the real situation and it was horrible, old bed sheets, pillow cover with stains, spider web, and for company you have mosquitoes. wrong images

Very easy to reach the room location. It's very clear in google maps. Stay was amazing, staffs are polite & very helpful. The only thing they need to quick themselves in checkin process. They take too much time for checkin process. Food is average.

Has to pay etra cash in hotel even after full payment was done at time of booking.

I booked hotel stay but they didn't allow us to stay and they told the hotel was houseful l and my booking was not cancel-led and they didn't provide refund.
