Hotel O Sunway

Room which was shown was totally different from which they provided me. They told me they will not provide me room. But after verbal spat they agreed to gave me room which was of very low class.

Worst room service. Dirty. Rude staff. Dumped room. Used and dirty bed covers, uncleanness, room is like cave. No lift facility. Very rude staff. Looks lack of safety aspects

This is to inform that room is dusty and washroom is same our room is under drain

Was not given room. Had to pay extra rs. 500- to get room. They said it is a problem with mmt. Lost money

Could not reach the hotel as there was no complete address and phone no of property. There were two hotels with same name. When i confirm about my booking then they said we don’t have your booking, may be it is other hotel

1. No dustbin in room 2. Cigarette lying in the room. 3. Tv remote not available 4. Bathroom are taps were leaking 5. Even water bottle provided by hotel management was not clean. 6. Bedsheet was not clean, long hair was lying on the bedsheet 7. Just after entering the cleaning guy was asking for tip as they own it 8. Have to pay 100 rs for early check in, if i have not booked , i can afford the room at less price and also early check in will be given at free as conveyed by the hotel guy sitting at the receiption mr. bhai. 9. If anyone wants to book, call directly to hotel reception,

Hotel charged 500- extra on arrival. Rooms are terrible. You need to ask for everything even the water in washroom. Worst experience. I have stayed with other Oyo hotels as well, but this was the worst.

Better locations near sardar patel international airport more then restaurants near hotel near auto stand near government bus stop and hotel main markets

Location is correct, food out sourced and no care about hygiene and one should be not more than 5 ft, since steps are like entering into a cave like.

The property is very nice and economic.

Non ac room provided even if the amenities mentioned ac room.

Near airport, i don’t have food of this hotel
They had taken hard cash from me and told me that your digital payed cash will be refunded but i don’t get it till now
