Hotel O Star Ki

The hotel representative didn’t allow us to enter the hotel and ask 1500 rs per night. It's completely wrong. I trust make my trip but it broke my trust. They add hotels without proper checkup. I lost my money and also taxi charge. It was my unfortunate that i trust makemytrip app. I will never trust this app again. Don't book this hotel. They will scam your money.

This people are not excepting online booking and asking more money at the time check in at hotel. OYO experience is pathetic .

Don't book that hotel. They will cancel your booking or they will charge more. Even make my trip won't help you mm t will suggest you to find a new hotel or a money refund. This thing only customers are facing nowadays. This is not really a hotel. Just a maintenance building. Rooms are not cleaned. Even if basic things like towels and shops you need to ask. I got one towel it's really dirty and has become black towel. So i suggest people don't book. Have a great day !

Very bad staff. The room given didn’t had any geyser. When asked for hot water they just said that we will change your room but didn’t do it any day

Cleaning and services was poor

I have gone paid. once I reached the room, they said rooms not available. After showing booking I'd and pnr. they asked to cancel the booking and make a payment separately. Even oyo customer care service is very bad. oyo customer care wil not answer calls. It was worst dirt hotel I have ever come across.

I am not very choosy or demanding, perhaps the first time sharing such strong feedback. 1. Very poor housekeeping 2. No one attends to you, your calls when you want. They have their own time and whim. 3. Need to chase the staff even for basic things 4. No ventilation, dingy place. 5. Rest rooms are pathetic, no cleaning no buckets, no toiletries 5. Extremely bad experience. Avoid staying here.

My stay was poor. Muze family suit chahiye tha because my teenage doughter with me so mine book kiya as a suit but waha koi suit nah i tha and rooms was so small and unhygienic. When i was went out for my work staff given room for other couple for two hours and mmt can't received or replied for any call i m totally disappointed it's was an horrible stay in my life with mmt

the only good thing about Hotel is the location.Rooms weren't good at all. Even though I stayed for 4 days and told the caretakers to change bed sheets and pillow covers they didn't do stating various unimaginable reasons. we had to wake up the caretakers in the morning to put on the Water Motor as Taps went dry. Duplicate SONY labelled TV with Tata sky never worked. Forget about WiFi. Only AC was good.

Ours was a week long stay and we had to wake up the care takers to put the Water Motor on so that we can get some water in our Taps.Balcony was there but withno access at all. Duplicate SONY labelled TV in all rooms with no DTH. Overall average tostay as this is near to Ramphal Chowk market.We had to make care takers continous call for room service which actually happens around 2pm.Request OYO to visit other hotels to learn some hospitality.
