Room condition and room availability

I have to wait for some time as room was not available. Also there was no cleanliness in room. Also water was there in room. No dustbin in room

No water tap was working properly bed was worst making noise not even gave a water to drink in others hotels they give water for free this wss terrible didint like it was horrible. Plz oyo dont put fake pics of rooms n bed . Thank you
