1. After repeated request they didn't clean the spider, web, dirt inside cupboard or room. Same here's in bedsheets. Same for pillow cover, blackish spot, torn, foul smell. No electricity for 2 hours in morning. No generator availability.

I have very very bad experience with previous booking in hotel o sathya inn no clean room, no keys for locking room when going out, no full time reception, no lift working, not suitable for family main thing it's lodge not hotel, make my trip should investigate properly before adding any properly under him. I am very very sad by choosing make my trip.
