HOTEL O ROYAL INN

No television in the room, no hot water in the bathroom. Only one staff member was in the hotel, he is the manager, receptionist and also housekeeping.

Stay is not good i want my refund. In photo is is good but in reality is very bad

Very ordinary room, bathroom was stinky, there was pegion nest in bathroom, hot water facility was not there, no tv, no ac,

Entry is hopeless. Early check in charges @ rs 100 / - per hour. Further even if it is five minutes above one hour, charged for another full hour. Minimum basic facilities only and charged three hundreds extra for less charged on booking. In the night, ac stopped working and shifted to another room mic h smaller than previous one. No eater except drinking water. Enc-ashing your renowned name and defaming your esteem name.

Very bad hotel. Acutel showing room and hotel room very different. Washroom is not clean. Tv not working. All travelers not book this hotel.

The hotel displays very lovely pics of the rooms but in actually when you reach there after booking you get room untidy room that is not even fully packed, they give an AC for name sake which doesn't even turn on, specially the bathroom which was so lovely that a cow shed will also look cleaner than that, the bathroom was so dirty & unhygienic with the rotten and leaking ceiling, I wish I had not booked this filthy hotel room and had stayed on station only that would have been also more comfortable than this hotel room. The way to go in the hotel is of semi broken steps, from which we had to climb till 4th floor, lift was for name sake. If anyone is thinking of going to this hotel please change the plan as you will regret for sure like us, there really good hotels nearby also that are far, more cheaper & luxurious then this filthy hotel. Spend your money wisely & never think about going to this ghost house like hotel.

The hotel is not as per expectations, very cheap and not a clean, the staff is rude, not cooperative, also, there is no location ad per on sight, i suggested not to recommends this hotel to anyone, so execuze me,

Was on 4 th floor. With no direct lift service. We confusing entrance only on person to handle to all the jobs. Locating hotel was very troublesome

Hotel was good. Service is also nice and helpful staff.

There no such sanitization or hotelier to attend... please don't book this hotel ever🙄
