Worst experience ever!

The hotel in no way matched description provided on makemytrip. The doors were broken, mirrors were broken, toilets were unclean, toilet doors were rotten, it had the company of cockroaches, lizards and rats. I contacted makemytrip trip customer care on spot, they didn't help me in any manner. I requested them to cancel my booking for which the hotel team were willing but makemytrip was unwilling to cancel and refund or change the hotel. This was clear case of cheating by makemytrip which provides misinformation about the property. My stay included paid breakfast which the hotel team denied on spot but makemytrip didn't fully refund the amount as per their rule it seems.

Worst stay. Thanks to make my trip fr changng my hotel. Please never choose this they might accommodate your room to multiple people. Make My Trip its better if you block these kind of hotels these causes damage to your reputation
