They were not allowing us to checkin because we made our booking.

2-3 week back our whole family stayed there without any major issues but this time when my parents arrived they were not entertaining because the booking was made. they said they are registered on OYO and they don't know how we are able to book. after Little argument they said they will give the room on the 3rd floor only as they don't receive money and it's like giving free stay to anyone. they already saw that my parents are senior citizens and they don't have lift so they won't be able to climb to bed floor through stairs. then they said if u want the same room life before u have to pay extra 1000 rupee in cash and we won't give any receipt. They gave that extra money and they give the worst room on the 1st floor by saying other rooms are occupied. later we came know that all the rooms were empty. During the stat once my mom was alone in the hotel they came and knocked on the door. she was sleeping, after she opened the door they were like we want to take the measurements of the mattress. just imagine who does that. throughout the stay they were feeling unsafe. now, one more thing that i saw last time but didn't payed much attention but this time my mom also observed it and was very angry why didn't i said this when i noticed it last time. We had to extend our trip but we immediately checked out and booked a different hotel.

Worst experience ever in life

Worst experience in bhopal just bcoz of this hotel. Not good food. Very very very very very very slow service. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Even after telling staff to clean the room they didn't cleaned it for entire day.

Very bad experience

Location was very filthy and staff was not friendly and room was full of mosquitoes, standard is very low, so we will not advise anyone to stay there

Terrible Stay

Seeing MMT prepaid booking, they told they do not have classic 2x AC room. After lots of argument, they allocated an unclean room of 201. No breakfast. Only poha and bread pakora. Not taken breakfast. Completely surprised with Oyo 40756 Palash unprofessional and polite behaviour. They also have lots of grievances on MMT.
