Management charged me extara amount rupees 550. I provided the invoice to make my trip for extra charge but as of low there is no proper resolution. Apart from this there is no Wifi as promised and hotel management are very rude

i booked a room and paid the full amount in advance. however, when i arrived, the hotel asked me to pay an additional ₹550 for the room. the hotel staff was very rude, and there was no wifi facility as promised. i reached out with the invoice for the extra charges, but i have not received any proper response
