No electricity for the whole one day

Good clean property plenty of food options available only concern is no ac rooms available. Make my trip made it easy booking and verified property.

I have booked a room but i reached late to the hotel they have given that room to another person without even intimation. And at midnight they saying sir rooms are full even after fully paid. Somehow with some long conversation and they had one room which room caretakers using that room given to me bathroom nasty and bedroom bed given itchy to the entire body and caretakers are very bad behaviour. Worst place to stay

I was denied check inn only at the gate itself saying no availability turn your feets back to the door and not even refunded the amount against it. Uncooperative staff.

Property was good. Parking available. Room was clean. However, the owner was rude and uncooperative. I arrived late and even after making full advance payment for 2 rooms, i was told the hotel was full. I made a complaint to makemytrip. They responded within 15 minutes. Someone from makemytrip called the hotel and within minutes 2 rooms were suddenly available. Just goes to show the dishonest policy of the hotel owner who was refusing rooms even when they were available. If you reach this hotel with your family and this happens you will be stranded. Beware of visiting this hotel. Great service from makemytrip though. Saved my day.
