Hotel O Lakshmi Residency

I was asked to pay extra 300inr in order to get the keys. I was there midnight and i paid full amount during the booking, this is very unfair and at that time i had no option to pay them into their personal account. Room smells awful and bedsheets were dirty.

I booked this hotel I reached hotel. They demanded for additional money 600 for stay. I booked and prepaid for booking a d reached hotel by cab. I paid for cab and reached hotel after that they are demanding additional money. And saying that amount showing wrong. I paid additional 500 due to i reach at evening and paid for cab also and waste of money and time.

I booked and i also online payment done. I went to hotel then manager tell to pay 1200 extra. There is no breakfast complimentary. Water bottle charges applied. Ac not working there is no complimentary like soap, shampoo, etc.

Receiving was very bad. Demanded extra money though it got refunded by mmt again. No drinking water provided. Stayed for 6 days but never changed the bed covers. Didn’t provide towels and soaps.

When I enter into Hotel to claim my booking, He said you came early I said I will pay extra 2 hrs. then he said we don't accept OYO bookings now. at last, I booked again as a new booking on the spot as I don't have time for, my Exam was in 2 hrs, and the room was very ugly. several times I requested to change the Bedsheets and clean them. No one was come for two days and while leaving they were demanding tips, It was a Horrible stay I never forget this experience

It was about 4-5 in morning when we reached the hotel and it was tiring journey for us, the journey was about 2 days we came from madhya pradesh. It was terrible for us when we couldn't get into the hotel which we booked already

Not responded properly and not given room. After booking also, staff says no room available. Amount also non refunded.

They charges extra rs 600. Worst. Not preferred this hotel to anybody

Blankets are not clean i think this is the worst decision i have ever saw

Straight away the receptionist was rude and asked 500 to let me stay. He threatened that he will cancel the booking since the amount is very low. Paid it but receipt was not given. Dirty bed, pillows. Room full 9f mosquitoes and cockroaches. Will never stay. Oyo nowadays is just a label. Utter waste of money. Will never book this property.

They have not answered properly, i have already paid that property and having my voucher but they refused to give room and a senior citizen age old 85 years has been been waiting with me in street for half and hour. The terrible worst property manager given evasive reply that i have manage the refund with your booking app. The property given my allotted room to some other person for higher prices.

Already I am booking OYO actually my checking 12 o’clock unfortunately I am reached morning 9 o’clock they will take extra Rs.400 from me this is too much they will not adjust and the room also not locked properly and my checkout time next day 12 o’clock but they are calling me 10 o’clock and make is very bad experience for me
