Check in not allowed inspite of having prepaid confirm booking. Unruly staff on the counter. They asked for extra cash.

Breakfast refused

Though booking was made with Breakfast; Hotel flatly refused to offer breakfast saying that their system shows booking is without breakfast. I didn't argue because I was in Delhi to attend to a patient admitted to the hospital. Choose this hotel only because it was nearest to the hospital. However, feeling very disappointed and let down. Even then, extended my stay for 2 more days because my patient is still in the hospital. I have to think twice before booking a hotel again. I have booked numerous hotels in past and never had such issue.
