Hotel O EMERALD INN

The facilities are ok for me due to postion of fan i didn't got enough wind that disturbed by sleep. The rate of room was cheap so in this rate these facilities are enough.

The worst hotel i have seen in my life i have travel-led all over tamil nadu and different states everywhere. I feel it is a pleasant experience. This coimbatore oya emerald inn is very very worst money minded heartless people i never seen such third class person in my life. I book room through online in make my trip app it shows ac room with tax. When we reach there at 10am they argue and make us to wait until 1 pm not given room asking extra charges. Asking to pay i met few person there asked about room charges they are charging di8amoint to different person some pay per day 800 some pay 1000 per day i spoke with them i have that coustomer number and they are also unhappy. I spoke with 3 to 4 customers and all say this is the worst hotel. Even we complaint in make my trip they connected to area manager, higher authority ask us to wait connected for long time after that discussion made they spoke with manager ask them not to charge extra they cut call again started arguing to pay amount that worst manager shouting at coustomer make my trip will take some amount how i will recover he is asking that amount i need to recover with coustomer like this if you want to complaint go and complaint anyone he said and he threatening me. At last we payed extra amount because we travel overnight tired sitting in reception but we book ac room he gave non ac room. We came for 1 day work to get one certificate again we need to go back by same night even thought it is waste for us. I have few vedios and photos that reception staff going and lying on hotel bed. Taking very rude and not responding to customers using blue tooth and seeing vedios not responding. Plz dint choose this hotel very worst hotel all over india. I travel-led to andhra, karnataka, kerala, delhi different places all different languages people all treats us good. Oya emerald inn is the worst worst worst worst very very bad bad bad bad.

They denied check in with mmt booking. And asked for extra money. Poor bathroom tv not working

They did not provide the same room and we had to pay extra worst experience

The hotel manager took additional rs 350 from me for the accomodation and there was no towel soap provided and bathroom was not clean. Even the bucket and cup were also was not clean. Actually it was a terrible experience. Location was good. Near by road.

Hotel room is good but wash rooms and hotel service was very bad not responded quickly for check-in, i waited 1hr in reception to check-in.

Stay was good, hotel staff were nice. Location was good. But soap, towels were not provided.

They showed ac rooms and provided either non ac rooms and tried to charge us double the price shown in the app as we are non local tourists with no knowledge on local language,

The room is clean and decent. But the toilet and the way to the room is not very good. Lot of space available for car parking

worst experience. though i booked the ac room with full payment, when i reached the emerald inn they said no rooms available. then they said if i pay an extra 1500, they are ready to provide an ac room and 1000 for non-ac. i showed all my payment proof also, they forced me to pay extra, otherwise they asked to go out of the place. after one and a half, they provided non-ac with the very worst conditions. they have not cleaned the room. i never expected these kind of service. note: 1. the sad part, they treated me very worst and rude. since i arrived there late at night (around 11.50 pm, i tolerated these guys worst behaviour. 2. though i have confirmed my arrival time very early ( 1.00 pm on 11th may )and got the confirmation from them. 3. i booked my stay on 11 may 12.30pm.

offered me two days stay for rs, i had paid full amount by g-pay, And while reaching the property the person there is asking extra 1200 rs, and they are asking me to pay that or else to cancel the booking, Just to attract booking is giving false discounts, Iam facing this for second time, we have to stand in road☹️
