About the Hotel

familyThe reception don't give value to their customer nor listen to their grievances. Room was dirty and they don't change the bed sheets and blanket. The bathroom doesn't have heater even at this cold season. What more to say, they were not friendly.

No water, light, exhaust fan in wash room. Tv not working, bedding in poor quality, the rooms are full with mosquitoes no goodnight provided. I have vedio of room size of vedio 100mb. Please provide me any whatsapp no, so I can forward the video and please don't offer this kind of hotels. Ultimately the customer is going to suffer.

Room and bathroom floor were found clean. However water was leaking in commode and pressure of water in taps was low. Bath tub was not properly clean. They didn't even changed the bed-sheet. Since we checked in very late and just booked for 1 day we didn't request for change. But this should on hotel staff part to change it. They could have charged extra for that and probably people won't mind since other accommodations are already very costly than this option.

Hotel is good in terms of location, very near to boating jetty of Balugaon and near railway Station and bus Station. But standard of cleanliness is not very satisfying, there is foul smell coming from the laundry room and bathroom floor has stains
