Worst service i have ever experienced at a hotel.

The service was horrible. The tv, ac was not working. The room was very dirty. The bed sheets were dirty. The hotel receptionist was very rude and was very unprofessional. We were issued a complimentary breakfast but the kitchen was not available in the hotel. We asked for warm water 3 times but it was not provided to us. Please don't book this hotel if u want to enjoy the trip to rishikesh.

V bad stay. Jus spent one night v difficul there was no cleanliness in the room condom wrappers were in the room. Bed sheet torn and dirty and blanket also they provide us water in used bisleri water omg. No dustbin no chair, very small room. They deny to carry our luggage to taxi. We have bad experience. And we gave 1100 rs for this. Terrible. In bf they 2 dry bread and tasteless tea. Never ever book this hotel of u don't want to spoil your trip.
