Terrible Stay

Worst terrible stay. I cannot define.
Terrible stay. No water facility. In bathrom. No body in reception for hep, too dirty rooms, no phone no. Working. Geysers not working. Bedsheets dirty. Worst stay ever had. Although hotel is big and all necessary things are fitted but it lacks a lot of maintainence and need a good manager too.
