The rooms were nice and clean, bathroom was stinking a bit, service was not good at all, no soap or water bottle was given, there was no power for 3 -4 hrs, i was asked to book directly rather than from the app even after confirming from the app, had to wait and request for the room

soloFirst of all. 1. The hotel owner/manager told to pay extra he denied that notified him for booking on arguing for 10-15 minutes he gave the room 2. There were no water bottles or water facility was provided even on payment method 3. The ac was leaking water was all over the bed and floor 4. There was no soap in the washroom.

Terrible experience, they can’t effort good maintenance nor service. They won’t serve a water bottle even. And now where i’ve faced such issues while checkin.
