The hotel staff is not well trained. They behaves rudely with customers. They are senseless. They weren't even aware about our booking, we had to wait almost 45 min. Before chech in. The hotels owner doesn't even know the difference between hard and soft copy of the documents. He made us to go to the xerox and make a print out of the documents, though this is his responsibility to make the print out of the customers documents.

Though it slightly away from the city, this is an advantage a person like me from mumbai. The ambiance, cleanliness and service are par excellence. In this small towns very good facilities are constructed but nor well maintained. Balaji inn is a different. It is well maintained also. Certainly i will prefer this for my next stay in halol. One special thing i want to mention. I checked out today morning but forgot my diamond ring in the room. Surprisingly, i got my ring back safely.
