Worst stay ever. Rooms were not the same as shown in app. Rooms were not clean. Handwash was not there in the bathroom let alone any other toiletries. Worst stay. Not expected from make my trip

My recent stay at hotel o arvi guest house was deeply disappointing. The room was dirty and poorly maintained. Even we booked 2 room but they are saying to stay all members in 1 room also the bathroom was unclean and shared for all members including their workers. This subpar experience fell far short of expectations, especially given the hotel's. I would not recommend this hotel.
