Property location is walking distance from varanasi station and hotel well clean and staff behaviour is good

It’s a very budget hotel so don’t expect anything. Fine for sleeping at night. Bedsheets not so clean, washroom fine. I traveled solo and opted for single non ac room.

Comfortable stay. Good maintainance. Staff were good and humble. The street outside the hotel was a bit soggy. Beside all these it was a pleasant stay. Best wishes to the entire team.

Everything was good, neat and clean. But the staff behaviour i felt arrogant for no reason. When i reached there, first the receptionist said that there is no booking in your name and asked have you paid the amount of stay and when i showed the booking confirmation they checked and said yes, you have booking for two days which caused me a lit bit upset.

Staff was not good. Trying to exploit more money. Because i was late an hour for check out.

My stay at this hotel was comfortable, since it's close to the railway station, those coming by train will have a hassle free access to the hotel, just walkable distance, from airport it's almost 21 km, one can easily get city buses to important places like kosi viswanath temple, sarnath and long run buses to prayag and lucknow as well. Room is very simple but worth the money paid for. Washroom needs a little more cleanliness.

The stay experience was very bad, the bedsheets were dirty, they don’t have a restaurant so they bring food from street vendors. The hotel doesn’t have a elevator lifts, you need to climb stairs (problem for elderly.

It's a hotel with clean rooms and amenities. But in spite, I had asked before the management to provide at least morning tea and breakfast still up till now they aren't about to do so. They bring the tea also from outside. No foods are available that also they get out from outside. Otherwise, the location and the rooms are good enough. It's being well taken care off.

Location was isolated in Chawl nearby area is pathetic and not suitable for family. Don't go there it'll take lots to time to reach hotel.
