Disappointing stay

No accommodation was given in hotel Neel Kamal. Without prior notice they asked us to stay in hotel Skylark. I booked a deluxe room and they gave an ordinary small non AC room. Horrible thing is the hotel manager asked me to pay money in cash. Saying that he did not receive any money from makemytrip. Very disappointed.
