One of the worst hotel I have ever seen. Extremely bad housekeeping and no support staff. It has old liquor bottle spread all around and bad stench. Nobody to address our concern. We did not stay in this hotel after reaching there. Complete waste of my money.

Shockingly, hotel asked to mandatory take Gala dinner per head. Since I had booked with Make my trip, I sought their help, but was totally disappointed with Make my trips response. Therefore, have decided not to use Make my trip henceforth.

Only 3-4 housekeeping staff with 40 room working 24 hours.

Worst hotel in my life. No room service. No intercom. No hot water. First time I have seen that receptionist is useless and not available except check-in time. Morning room boy not available even at 8 am to carry luggage. All were sleeping. I just checked out without paying the lunch bill and the supervisor is least bothered to collect money. Please stay away from this third class hotel.

The service was very bad. We had a late check-in and it took multiple reminders and follow up just to put the extra bed in our rooms.

Good hotel at prime location nearby Patwon kl Haveli. Mahal mandir local site seen. Heritage look. Good and comfortable stay.

Had a good stay for 2 nights. It is the first star hotel in Jaisalmer- a little run down. Vegetarian food was average. However the staff and service was very good.

Stunning property. This is a truly friendly place to stay. The owners helped us with everything, we felt really cared for. If we needed a ride up to old to old Town or a relaxed drink at the fabulous roof terrace it was done within a minute. It was like a home away from home. The food is excellent, we had most of our meals at the Hotel. I highly recommend it. The rooms are spacious and very clean.

We were quite happy with our stay, The staffs were all very friendly and try to make sure we were happy at all time, we had a special request for our food at 1 am and they were happy to assist us, food, ambience, staffs, service and all were excellent. Extremely comfortable stay at affordable price.

It was a great experience staying in this Hotel, the Hotel was extraordinarily clean, the staff were ultimately polite and help full. The area was extremely convenient, I would like to recommend this Hotel for all those families, couples and those who are planning a stay in Jaisalmer.

There is no room service in Hotel, only two persons in Hotel. If you want anything waiting for it. There is not maintenance room and amities like so dirty swimming pool and bathroom.

Pretty place to stay at decent location. Ambiance of Hotel is very beautiful. Rooftop and courtyard is the main highlight of the Hotel. Views of the Golden City and Fort from rooftop were superb. In fact one can opt for a private dinning on rooftop. Courtyard area is very huge with seating arrangements. The night dinner arranged at the courtyard with folk dance performers was really awesome and gives a royal feel. Rooms are basic but quiet good. Front office team is very supportive. Me and my family enjoyed a lot. It was comfortable and enjoyable holiday for all of us.

Nice place for business delegates. It will give you local rajasthani feeling in the interior and hospitality. Pool area was well maintained. Food was decent

It was a family trip in Jaisalmer and we choose this Hotel. Great hospitality, rooms were well maintained and clean. All of us enjoyed very much. Fort was at walking distance. Dining was also a great exp with fine interior and yum food.
