HOTEL MOTHI MAHAL

I recently had the unfortunate experience of staying at moti mahal and felt compelled to share my thoughts. From start to finish, the service was consistently poor, leaving me thoroughly disappointed. Upon arrival, the check-in process was disorganized and slow, with staff members seemingly unaware of basic procedures. The lack of professionalism was evident throughout my stay, making the entire experience frustrating. The cleanliness of the room left much to be desired, with visible signs of neglect and poor housekeeping. The amenities promised did not align with the reality of the room, leaving me feeling misled and dissatisfied. The most disheartening aspect was the unresponsive and indifferent attitude of the hotel staff. Requests for assistance were met with apathy, and it seemed that guest satisfaction was not a priority for the team. Overall, my stay was a regrettable experience. I strongly caution anyone considering this establishment to explore other options where service and customer satisfaction are taken more seriously.

Stay was in old mothimahal residency and very near to railway station and to vadakumnathan temple. Parking facility available. Took ac room with one queen bed. My kid liked it very much. Food is also very tasty. Break fast not available in old hotel. But available near to mothimahal residency near to it. My kid liked chappthi amd prawn roast. Very tasty. Order delivered in room. Restaurant open at 11 am to 9:30 pm. Room amenities were good. Ac, two chairs, combs- shaving sets tooth brush, water kettle, tv and bathroom with european closets. Perfect option for thrissur short period trips with family.

Location is good but very bad room service, ac not working properly, after 9 no staff at reception and no one attending the call for any enquiry

One of the most naturalic views at the hotel. The most peaceful stay with us. The server speaking was friendly and helpful. The completed this trip with mothi happily. The bathroom and room was hygienic.

The space in the room was narrow, bathroom was not upto the level, the parking as-lo little difficult. But the service was nice,

Considering the rates we paid, it was not worth staying in moti mahal. It's an age old hotel and triple bed room allotted to us was very bad especially bathroom.

It is not a lodge but a marriage hall. They are renting rooms meant for bridegroom and brides for lodging purposes. Seems to be illegal not sure about it. Rooms with 2beds were not clean and smelly.

This was the worst hotel we booked as of now. The room was so horrible and the door has no locking system, floors are sticky and room is full of small insects and worms. Room is filled with bad smell, bathroom have door with no lock and the room is poorly maintained. We ask them to provide with another room but the situation of that is too similar. The amount that we pay for this is not at all worthy. This is our kindly request please don’t choose your stay here, at least with that amount you can take better stay somewhere else. It’s actually a bad and worst stay for us.

2 hotels near by one is residency, 4 star hotel that is superb. And hygiene behaviour of staffs are good, also the owner. Old mothi mahal like a ghost house. Must assure that you booked new mothi mahal residency

Its a good private place to stay in thrissur town without any problems or interruptions. Affordable price. Good rooms with a great restaurant under the stay. Walkable distance to every place in town

excellent hotel with an excellent location. it is located near the railway and ksrtc. extremely clean and comfortable . we were greeted warmly by the friendly reception staff. all are within walking distance. i would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone! it's a true example of excellent hospitality. thank you again. breakfast was also excellent.. the rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. they went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. i highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting thrissure. i had a wonderful experience at the mothi mahal. every staff member i encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! thank you! will recommend to my colleagues!. thank you. a fantastic location and a fantastic hotel. it is conveniently located near ksrtc and the railroad. very clean and comfortable the kind employees at the reception extended a warm welcome to us. all are accessible on foot. without a doubt, i would recommend this hotel to everyone! it truly embodies first-rate hospitality. again, many thanks. the breakfast was likewise top-notch. the personnel were outstanding, and the accommodations were spotless and quite comfy. they went above and beyond to make sure we had a good time. i heartily endorse this hotel to anyone travelling to thrissur. the mothi mahal was a lovely experience for me. from the valet to the check-in desk to the cleaning crew, every member of staff i came into contact with was friendly and willing to assist. i'm grateful. i will suggest it to my coworkers!. corrected.

Though not a v extra ordinary but it brought back memories of my near ones. This city has a long bond with my family roots

Not recommended for family travellers. Un hygienic toilets.
