Please don't go by the cover photo. Either photo is very old or edited. The hotel is surrounded by many small hotels or houses in all directions with a restricted nature view. The hotel is around 700 meters uphill to mall road. No pick-drop facility available. Poor hospitality & service. Welcome drinks not offered the extra quilt provided is shabby, with stains, and moist smell with no cover. The moment you enter the room a pungent moist smells chokes your breathe which persist after room freshener spray. No dental kit. Toilet seat cover broken and very uncomfortable. Limited toiletries with basic amenities. Food 3. 0/5. 0 breakfast 2. 0/5. 0 with very limited options. Staff is chasing behind to vacate room before 12:00. Overall experience- 2. 0/5

Reached manly at 4. 30am by hrtc volvo bus from shimla. Hotel allowed early check in. Visited sis u valley and found snow.
