Location is good. Food also good, service also good but they overcharged like, my booking is included with breakfast but for tea they are charging, room heater they are charging, TV not working, no hot water, we suffered with cold water in 5 degree.

I have never been stayed in such a bad hotel in my life. Rooms and toilets were dirty. There was no light at toilets. They didn't supply compulsory breakfast to us.

Don't believe the pictures

TV having no signal, rooms having smallest bed along with dirty mattress, bedsheets and AC comforter. Although it could be managed if they provided us with less service at least. Not again Jordan. We hate you.

Not Worth the money

Staff is rude, everything is quite expensive, under the bed it wasn't cleaned properly, a disaster stay, I highly recommend not to book the rooms in this Hotel
