Terrible Stay

No Room Service, No House Cleaning staff, Reception guy says they are sending someone but no one comes up. They switch off AC as per their wish. AC was also broken. bad smell, Dirty tables and bedsheets. Will never visit again and won't recommend either.

HOTEL WAS NOT CLEANED, FOOD SERVICES WAS TERRIBLE, SECOND DAY THEY FORCEFULLY SHIFTED TO SOME OTHER HOTEL MENTIONING THAT THIS IS RESERVED FOR SOMEONE ELSE.COMPLIMENTARY BREAKFAST WAS WORST. PLEASE DELIST SUCH TYPE OF HOTELS. DISASTROUS EXPERIENCE

Staff did not wear mask even while coming close to customer or in general. The cleaning staff did not wear mask and no sanitization. Good HOTEL JIYA GRAND but no wifi in the room. Food was good but bill was inflated during the checkout compared to room. Menu. Later on it was adjusted. Service was good. Overall good stay.
