Hot water kettle not working, replaced on request, intercom not working, shower holes blocked, i booked through make my trip and paid 2257 but checkout bill mentions only 2141, personal loss of rs 116 for reimbursement from company. Thanks

groupThe bedsheets had spots on them. The towels were not clean. The bathroom door was not closing. When we entered the whole room was smelling of cigarettes. We asked them to change the room but they just sprayed some air freshener. All in all a really bad experience
