familyThey don't have lifts, if you are going with senior citizens keep this in mind and there dinning are is on 3 rd floor. Rest is fine good and polite staff.

Review of hotel imperial, jaisalmer

coupleThough it says car parking is available, however car parking is limited to 3 cars and that too opp to hotel on the open road. We had taken breakfast, however during our stay breakfast was delayed. I also found cockroaches in the room. Considering the price we paid for 1 day, inr 4500, it's not value for money. Price is exorbitant.

Shifted to another hotel

They misplaced our booking and they overbooked it seemed. They moved us to a different hotel which had issues on its own.
