Pax Grand Blue

Initially, when we checked into the Hotel at that time the experience was not very good. We felt like we came in Scooter and not in the car so the treatment given to us is different. Apart from that there were some problems in the room allocated to us. But, after that the Pax Grand Blue Manager listens to our queries and provides a great solutions for that. They offered us a Room Upgrade without any extra charge due to some issues which were there in the room. The staff and everyone at the Pax Grand Blue treated us very well. I especially liked the Hospitality shown from Watchmen and Ground Staff. The best part of the Pax Grand Blue is it's just near 1-1.5km from Udaipur Railway Station which is very good. However, the outside area of the Pax Grand Blue is like a residential small society. Thanks to the Manager who allowed late checkout by 1.5 Hour understanding our concern that we get late due to my 2.5 year old son. So, Thank you so much for that. Pros of Hotel: 1) Good Hotel in Budget Stay 2) Near the Railway Station 3) Terrace View of Hotel 4) Pool Cons (Areas for Improvement) 1) Multiple Things are not available which are mentioned in the room while Booking. 2) You have to ask the Staff to provide Dental Kits, Toiletries, Slippers and some more which are already added as things are already included while Booking.

This was my 3rd time stay at pax and from my point of view it is one of the best properties in Udaipur such a value for money and their staff is also polite and well knowledgeable must recommend property for your perfect vaction

The Pax Grand Blue location is excellent as many things such as the main market, many tourist locations are within reach. Their room service is slow but rooms are spacious

Its was a good property with good stay but pool was not clean and they were not offering plates for outside ordered food and even glasses

Excellent Pax Grand Blue, staff was very good, Pax Grand Blue connectivity was very good, and food was amazing, good choice for family.

Except Room which shows in pic is diffferent. Location is good, food excellent, amenities needs improvement & services ok.
