Hotel Gajapati

बहुत बहुत खराब होटल था उसका उसके स्टाफ को बहुत बतमीज़ थे और पूरा रूम बहुत गंदा और बदबू आ रही थी एक्स्ट्रा बेड का पैसा लिया में make trip के दुवारा दिए गए इस होटल और make my Trip के इस काम से बहुत दुखी हूं और मेरा पूरा पैसा बर्बाद किया अब शायद मैं makemy trip से कोई सर्विस न लू धन्यवाद

Hotel rooms are small in size and stinking all the time.. Locks are broken Woods have termite Ignorance to customer for breakfast.. no time followed No mineral water availability People demand extra cash from our driver Overall pathetic experience

No cleanliness, bathroom is too small, poor service, poor folding no cooperation.

Hotel was average because furnitures were very dirty and old. Restaurant food was too costly

We are there for 2 nights and stay was average, no bottled water for free, extra bed cost me 1200 for 2 nights. Location is near to beach but not in front of beach. No view of beach.

We are booked Stand Room . Standard Room was horrible. Then they upgraded me to Delux room due to less occupancy during my stay. Delux room (#103)also have leakage from the toilet ceiling. They don't provide Dental kit , shaving kit, wifi was not working in side the room. Made several complaints but they don't listen. They provide complimentary drinking water ( actually tap water) Restaurant menu are fixed. As a guest you have to follow their menu. If you book this hotel You have to compromise with them. We stayed in Gajapati in 2015 . Drastically detoriated . Not good for family Staff are good. They are polite . Management are not serious about their Guest.

Super hotel gajapati and very good service new marine drive rd, baliapanda, puri, odisha 752001 friendly and personal service the staff were all very friendly and helpful and no request for assistance was a problem for them. The hotel is well situated, being close to shopping, transport, and the tourist sites. We would definitely stay there again. "

No hygin, no service, bad-sheet not cleaned, even not given a water bottle too, railway station sleep is better than staying in dis hotel

Not so pleasant, room was pretty much average. You can find much better hotels at the same price nearby.

Unhigynic room and very poor servic they provide. Room quality was not good. After several time we told then they clean the room and change the clothes.

Hotel excellency is a top class hotel in 3star category. Just step away from railway stn. Staff is very polite. Food is very good. U can enjoy brunch here. Very clean and hygienic linens and washrooms. Recommended to stay here

Mm t should not approve such hotels under their listing. They hotel is normal lodge where rooms are small and service is very minimal. The kitchen doesn't have most of the items that are listed in the menu and at the same time, the price of the hotel doesn't justify the stay at hotel.

Staff's are well behaved and good. But room cleanness is not upto the mark. So the hotel management should keep an eye on cleanness of room. And food teast is ok.

Run down property with lack of maintenance. Rooms were small and the price they charge on booking sites is not at all justified. Hotel is located two rows behind the marine drive and the approach road is dirty. Returning to your hotel after taking a bath in the sea can be a nightmare.

Hotel was good. Employees where humble and good nature. Thankyou
