The hotel divinity does not exist, instead the hotel manager gave us dirty rooms in hotel golden bird. The rooms here are having fungus and water patches everywhere in room and bathroom. No toiletries, or towels or cleanliness. Needs with having oil marks etc. Worst experience ever.

Toilet door was not proper, not having a lock, air conditioner does not have remote control, so how can customers can use, TV was not working, towel not given.
