Very nice clean hotel..wow location..Hotel staff are v v good and v v helpfull..5 start like all facility..

Location is not good Slum area type.. will not recomend any girls to stay here

The location is in the slum area near the railway station. You will have to walk 2 mins from the main road to get into the property. The hotel manager was very particular about IDs and was inquired about a lot of unnecessary details about IDs, etc. I would not recommend it for families, even not for people traveling for work.

The geyser was not working, the passage to room was through a dormitory, you go to room through the dormitory, you see and people snoring every-time you go and come to room, how awkward that makes you feel, there is no attached restaurant, you need to go out for food or swiggy

No car parking available in the hotel. Rooms are small and not worth the price you pay. Reception is not to good with the information they give. I didn't want stay there for the night so left the place

The staff is very helpful and understanding, the rooms are clean and it was a delightful stay. The front desk is exceptionally well mannered, helpful and understanding.

People in dormitory aren't soo good. But staff is good. Dormitory is neet n clean also bathrooms are good.

Clam room, good service. Though the entrance is messed up but the rooms are sufficient. I stayed only for a day so can't give a detailed feedback since i was out of the hotel most of the times

Good stay

The location is good but one has to struggle a bit to get inside the property since it's located inside a crowded market area. No lift so hard to carry heavy bags till the reception or to the room. Limited options for breakfast. Just bread butter and tea or coffee.

Room not bad but no parking space in this hotel then bike park one kilometre distance and waking hotel

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent services. Dormitory itself well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Clean rooms, daily cleaning services available. Hotel staff are very cordial. Very close to borivali railway station and market. Enjoyed stay.
