Hotel Cross Road Unnao

1. After entering property elevator was not working, 2. Room was not clean even when ee checked in after 10pm 3. Flush was not working 4. There where cigrate buds all over the room, after cleaning has per the manager 5. We had food kept in beg next morning it was all of aunt's in the beg, 6. When you go to toilet, you can only see toulet stain all over the toilet bowl, 7, linen was dirty, 8. Room was full of dust and left over from previous guest, 9. We had booked for 2nights but ee checked out after 12hrs after our stay to avoid getting i'll because of that crazy room, 10. Slow service just to deliver bucket and mug they took 30min, 11. There where e lot of bed bugs and ants around the mattress 12. To much soggy smell in the room, 13. Dusbin was full of garbage, from previous guest 14. Mattress not at all comfortable, you will have to much back pain when you get up in morning, 15. There is no space in room to even move 16. I wish i could right more good things for property, but they all only deserve 0*
