Hospitality was top notch. Staff was very humble, on toes to provide anything you need. Clean washroom, amazing food, bed was comfortable, they just need to improve the size. Despite of being above bus stand, there was no such problem of noise or anything.

Hotel was just above the ISBT Bus stand. Diesel smell from Buses, Bus noise was coming to the room. Not happy with the location otherwise Hotel room were near and clean and staff was supportive

Property pic shown is actually this is a bus stand hotel above bus stand . Only one floor of this building is hotel rest is bus stand and govt . Office or closed shop of a shopping center . Poor service . Unprofessional staff.

Worst Stay Ever.! Terribly Bad

Location & Noise: - Situated on top of a bus station, contributing to constant noise at night, making it nearly impossible to sleep. Building & Maintenance: - The building is extremely old and poorly maintained. - Example: All furniture in the room is broken. Washroom Issues: - Terrible condition with non-functional shower. - Lacks basic amenities. - Provided towels appeared used and unwashed. Bedding: - Bedsheets and pillows were filthy, discolored brown from dirt. Food Quality: - Terrible options with only 3-4 tasteless items available. Service: - Breakfast service was subpar — “don’t expect anything.!
