Terrible Stay

I had booked this hotel well in advance for a 3-person stay (my parents and myself). The booking clearly mentioned AC room with an attached bathroom, mineral water, and complimentary breakfast. However, upon arrival, the staff initially tried to give us a room with a non-attached bathroom, which is completely unacceptable. After a long and uncomfortable discussion, they finally offered a room with an attached bathroom but demanded an extra, which makes no sense since I had already paid in full one month ago. To avoid inconvenience for my parents, I reluctantly agreed to pay an additional but I strongly feel I shouldn’t have been charged anything extra. To make things worse, the hotel did not provide the basic amenities promised. No mineral water was given unless we paid extra, and no breakfast was provided despite it being included in the booking. The staff were unhelpful and displayed poor behavior throughout our stay. Overall, it was a terrible experience — extremely unprofessional service and complete disregard for customers. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone, and I urge others to avoid it to save themselves from disappointment.
