Don’t book hostie’s properties

I stayed with my family and wanted to celebrate by daughters first birthday there. Property’s location was good. The caretakers are good. Hostie is not doing its job. The review is for them. One of the rooms, the flush was not working. The wifi was not working. Firetv remote was not working. Another room the sink tap was not working properly. Simply put even after complaining the resolution was not provided. After multiple follow-ups when i was leaving and my stay ended they sent someone to fix wifi and still the resolution to flush etc. The approach road to the parking of property from main road is pretty dangerous so be cautious. I had a sedan car and faced a lot of difficulty.

Dear Tushar, We are extremely sorry for the inconvenience caused to you during your stay. We acknowledge the issue faced by you during your stay, as unfortunately your booking was back to back and we got to know that the flush cistern had gotten damaged and it had to be called from Haldwani which took an extra day being Sunday holiday for the market. This has been a learning for us, and we will be better prepared for our guests in future for such actions. For WiFi also we understand, since we are on a satellite WiFi through BSNL, we did face issues this season. However we have already applied for a Fiber connection, which is expected to be in place by end July. We sincerely apologize once again, and hope we can host you for a better experience next time.
