Average stay no arrangement for cold drinking water

The room given was very clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful if there is any need.

Prime location all staffs are good

Room had rat hole inside. Average looking room and not worth the price being charged. Only thing is it close to metro and railway station

Very very bad everything in above property toilet smell, bad location, dirty room, dirty bed speed break-ed doors knocking doors by staff night 1. 00 o'clock to change room.

Worst stay of my life. No breakfast available but charged for breakfast. A lot of disturbance from the hotel. Boys. Ringing bell at 3 am in the night and asking "do u have booking. the way rooms are shown in photograph. And receptioniat dont know anything like room cost, check out time etc,

1. Sy elite is a terrible hotel to stay with pungent smell and bad staff and unclean rooms and bathrooms please don’t suggest next time this kind of hotels

The property was good but room service was not satisfied i booked the room on 29th sep at around 1 pm and i checked in around 9pm but still the room was not ready.

Amenities shown by them for a standard room are not provided, until ìt is asked for.

Hotel staff not working properly. Linen not available use same linen daily no change. As per makemy trip show not available

Room service is very very poor, or you can say not served at all, staff is non co operative, no cleanliness even after repeated reminders, no one picks phone at reception, hotel is preferring group bookings, may be a good hotel for large group travellers seeking cheapest accommodation. Not good for family or individual travellers.
