Ok stay, helpful caretaker but slightly unsafe surroundings

I visited this place with my family. The property is good with spacious rooms but they should work on the cleanliness of the property. The caretaker was very helpful and co-operative. I felt that the surrounding is a bit unsafe as there were some bachelors in other rooms consuming alcohol.
