Good room good area good service enjoyed the stay reasonable rate

This is a very bad hotel, the staff is also very rude and we had booked a AC room with balcony but they gave us a very bad room. very bad experience.

Property location is okay , food I didn’t get in my package , staff was very rude and didn’t allow us for accommodation on early arrival and extend accommodation for late departure Infact they took ₹500 from us for early accommodation

they took extra 1000 rupees charge and even tubelights were not working properly bed sheet was so dirty hairs were all over the bed sheet

Worst hotel is never recommended for anyone

The room was absolutely and the service was pretty bad. The room does not even look like what it's shown on, extremely disappointed and the rating for this accommodation should be even lower. It's located in a very bad locality, and I would not recommend it to anyone.

the manager of hotel green snapper was so rude...and the room was so dirty and ac tv was not running...it was out of order ...we along with my wife stay awaken whole night because of ac was not running..so dirty this hotel was.😡. we can't stay there anymore...this can't be justified by discount in that particular hotel

The entier room wall was spiting by gutkha And very dirty Also AC is not cooling The bed was also dirty and pilow too Washroom flush not working Overall exprience worst as they money chsrged is not justifiable

Short of words... worst experience ever. Make my trip should not endorse this kind of property. We stayed over there for not more than 15 mts.

The hotel is located in ver dirty place, it's smelly and the sewer system was open. The room and service both were horrible, to the point where you just have to manage because you have already paid. The rooms were dirty, the stairway is dirty, there are bottle everywhere that they don't even bother to clean. the person on the desks claims to do things but never does. the room was not even maintained, the ac doesn't work. if the ac works then the fan doesn't there are no windows so no ventilation. the tv screen is shattered and taped. the bedsheet was dirty, and there were bed bugs on it. the person who helps to take the bags constantly asks for extra money for literally everything. if you ask them for tea or even a bottle of water they'll take extra money for bringing it to you. i asked for two cups of tea and a bottle and was charged a 100rs. I had to yell at them to change my room, but the other room had no water supply. Even the drain was open in the bathroom. overall the experience was horrible.

Poorly cleaned room. Dirty bedding with marks on them. Dirty spots on beddings. Washroom wasn't cleaned properly.

Rude to the customer. No light for many hours. No water in toilet vessel. Very bad condition of washroom. Unwashed and smelly blankets. The caretakers open the door without knocking. Food is expensive.

What a terrible experience this hotel is pathetic rooms without hot water leakeages in bathroom torn beds with insects and bed bugs, ac not cooling, no power backup, rude staff behaviour, rooms dont have proper keys to lock. I had to change room thrice within span of 2 hours and above all room bathroom stink and no windows or ventilation. You name all the cons this hotel has it. I dnt know why even mmt lists such hotels.

It was very unhygienic. Dirty bedsheets, bathroom toilets, no hot water. No windows and no ventilation at all. Totally poor. I didn't take take pictures. Vacated in the morning
