familyThe property is located at a prominent location with most of the amenities we generally try to find viz. Wifi, tv, ac, parking, kitchen, etc. The staffs were courteous and helpful whenever there was a need. Highly recommended for anyone planning to stay in and around pitampura.

Value for money and homestay experience

I was afraid to book this, but then i had a chat with the caretaker and i was satisfied with all my queries and have no regret. Spacious room, cleanliness, all kitchen items available if you want to cook, supermarket nearby to get all grocery. Very good wifi, as i was actually working for all days. You should definitely give it a try.

Stay was good, female staff is supportive

One of male staff continue knocking at the door without telling the reason but saying ek min who like. So I think its not worth to go at least other hotel do not do such things. Its not the first time I faced this problem here.

All the facilities available in the apartment was just fantastic like rooms, kitchen, bathroom, wifi and television with HD Channel. I really enjoy my stay here and recommend for everyone to stay here. Just a little suggestions regarding kitchen is that if bear minimum material such as tea or coffee, and sugar is available there then this will add more value to traveller stay.

Hotel location is excellent and very near to main Road, rooms are clean and airy and staff is very helpful. Only caution we have to take from cab people who hesitate to come early in the morning.

It was a good time but

It was a pleasant stay and kitchen facility also there, so we can cook. I forgot something there while leaving the room and I sent my friend who is in Delhi to collect that. I like that he kept it with him to give it back instead of throwing it. But, only thing, he collected extra money for not washing a dish. That I don't know like it. it deserves 100% rating.

When you didn't wash the utensils, we got a complaint from other customers, that the dishes were not clean, because of which we have to ask you to clean the same. I hope you understand our viewpoint. Better than a hotel

A clean room, a small balcony, a fully equipped kitchen and a common dining area, Grand Sunset Condos was an absolutely delightful experience. Also, the metro station is in 5 minutes waking distance and easily accessible via e-rickshaw, making it quite convenient to travel to almost any part of the NRC.
