Hotel has not provided the toiletries, also all these six rooms are booked on double occupancy but there was only one single blanket, how it is possible for two people to fit in one single blanket ? we checked in at around 11:30 am and we asked for hot water for bathing but hotel manager denied. Overall it’s terrible experience for us. We thought that mmt has good hotels listed but now understood that there are bad hotels too listed in mmt

Overall we have bad experience here. -alot of dust on bed, pillows &mattresses, lamps, gate, windows. -small bathroom which was also so dirty. -staff was not supportive. -basic things were missing in room hot water, towels, soaps etc. -hotel didn't had any cutlery, when we asked they arranged it from another shop.
