We had a terrible experience while check in and check out

The hotel was average, and it was difficult to locate the hotel on the map. On request, they did not give clean bedsheets.

The room was dirty and the window was not completely closed. There was no landline extension, not even hot water. Limited food option as poha and bread omlet only. Bathroom was very dirty. Tv was not working. Even furniture was broken. Upon all these, rate is very high as compared to the standard. Please please don't book this hotel even by mistake.

The hotel staff is very amicable. They help you familiarize with the place and help arranging bikes, taxis etc. The breakfast quality was good, though it lacked variety. The location of the hotel is very nice, providing connectivity to calangute beach which is just a 400 m walk away. The service is also very good. The staff attends to everyone promptly. Most importantly, the price, getting a hotel at an area like calangute at such an affordable price is very difficult. Looking forward to staying there in the next vacation also !

There is no hotel called dolphins holiday home in calangute. The location mentioned i'd also wrong and photos too. I had to go through tough situation late night because of the incorrect information. I had to book a new hotel at late night and pay the amount.

Overall a nice experience. Can choose this hotel tp stay for sure.
