Property was clean and had ample space of parking. Easy approach, have connecting road on two sides of property. They upgraded us in bigger room free of cost. Room had adequate space and clean, bed was comfortable. There was a attached private balcony also. Food served at the restaurant was homely and freshly cooked and priced at reasonable rate.

Terrible Stay

I was charged extra than the amount shown in the app while booking. There is a mismatch in the category of rooms shown in the app and physically available. Hotel staff was not aware of it and denied the appropriate room as per app. However, property and stay is very nice

The room’s size was quite rectangular (long and very less width, bed size was also very small and hence felt claustrophobic. It had constant noise coming from outdoors (road + nearby rooms)

Property location is fine, rooms quality is very pathetic, small room, very old furniture, bathroom fitting very old and dirty. Food quality is ok, lifts are also very dirty and old.

great stay. clean rooms we were offered a room without balcony when we booked a room with one which was disappointing and the receptionist informed us that same will not be changed because hotel is overbooked. when during breakfast we were told that due to limited residency we couldn't offer buffet today .. so that was disappointing as we didn't get our booked room and we were lied to

Location is good, property is also good in mid of city. But rooms seem to be old built but spacious. Buffet breakfast is having limited items not a lavish buffet like boutique hotels. But taste was good.

i love dlf city club 4! the staff is so nice, and all the possible sport activities are awesome. i spent a lot of time in the pool 🏊‍♂️ this time, and playing snooker 🎱 but there are gym and squash and tennis opportunities as well.
