Hotel rooms are small and bad is not proper /uncomfortable to sleep. Bad sheets, peelo and blankets are so dirty. Hotel staff are very arrogant to talk. Foods quality is also very bad. Zero ratting.

Overall the hotel is good. Rooms are ok. Beds can be better. Bathrooms are also neat and clean. I stayed there for 3 days and have not seen the restaurant operational. So that needs to be checked. Good hotel for solo travellers

The receptionist charged 1k extra for early check in even after mentioning anytime check in is allowed while booking that was the main reason for me to book this room there is no toiletry kit provided no towel provided torn blankets

Booked a room and when i tried to check in, the hotel denied saying rooms were fully booked and the hotel didn't receive booking details from mmt. When the mm t team checked with the hotel, the hotel manager acknowledged the denied check in and accepted the booking. But by that time i'm far away from the hotel searching for a new one. Now when i requested a refund, the hotel responded saying the amount was non refundable. Terrible experience. Inadequate knowledge from hotel management caused this issue

There was no shampoo, no body lotion, i asked reception to get one shampoo or soap repeatedly but they did not get one shampoo, i had to manage using handwash.

High charge according to the service they provide. Just an average hotel, serve broken plates, bowl in morning breakfast. Mostly sambhar combination in breakfast. Torn pillow covers, no washroom cleaning everyday.

The basic things like dental kit, soap, water bottle, water kettle with coffee/tea sachets were not provided. Water bottle was provided for 1 day and they mentioned that the bottles are not available anymore. This was the same thing they have mentioned to me earlier as well. But earlier, i thought it was a genuine reason. But now, i dont think so. Also, the hotel staff is not allowing to checkin at 12 pm and asked for 1000 rs extra. This was really a bad experience for me to pay extra amount.
