Restaurant and location of the hotel are 2 main reasons why it is so popular. I have stayed here many a times. Last year, hotel was closed for renovation. Noticed during this stay that the level of cleanliness and hygiene in the rooms have deteriorated a bit, rooms smell mushy. Staff friendliness is still there. Overall, a value for money.

The restaurant and bar are located on top floor. Food at restaurant is good as well as tasty and quantity is also good. Staffs are courteous.
