The room was ok, but the services were not

The rooms were ok, but the services were not. Switches in the bathroom were not working properly and there was no glass in the window, the only grill. Insects kept coming from the washroom's window. There were no room services and the cook was absent that day. They could not supply water at times too. The door was locked from the outside in the morning due to which I could not go to a morning walk. They have slight room for improvement in these part like services or infrastructure like the windows so that insects cannot enter.
