As soon as we entered the hotel, the receptionist didn’t even to bother to greet us with a smile she seems to be arrogant (but she might not) I guess the hotel manager as not trained them in a professional way to talk to customers. In the shower water was blocked and had to call the manager to solve it. Shower gun was broken, and again in the other room also water in the shower flows freely out the door filling entire bathroom. Food was below average(dinner buffet) not worth of 880 plus cgst sgst service tax. Panner curry was worst. Checked in on 19.10.25 Checked out on 20.10.25. No hair dryer had to call again the front desk for one. Room stayed 406, 420 and 414.

The monarch hotel Bengaluru is horrible the room has two doors inside and very minimum features and small room for 4k price is very high and there is no good ambience also

Staff are nice and helpful, rooms need to be renovation. Showers are not properly working, hot water doesn’t work. Bathrooms telephone broken and makeup mirror nearly broke. Air conditioning are fixed at 20 degrees Celsius if I need more cold not possible. So these are the problems at my room which I got and stayed two nights with this problem...

County Retreat is a stay in the outskirts of the Mysore city. Nestled in front of the Infosys campus and surrounded by hill views in the back. The stay was absolutely amazing. So were the staff and the checkin processes. The rooms were clean, peaceful and ambient. The best place for someone who craves silence and away from the city hustle. There's definitely scope of improvement with the in room dining experience and the food taste and quality. My friend who stayed here earlier had the same comment. On the bright side, the location is Swiggy and Zomato deliverable. The staff here are extremely polite, kind and always willing to help. 10/10 - Hotel and Amenities 10/10 - Location 10/10 - Staff 05/10 - Food

10 years ago we had stayed in the same property .It was Country Inn and now it is Mysore County . They have maintained a very good standard regarding food . I am happy with the staff in food court as they are approachable and service was Excellent! But the front desk staff weren't responding properly although we called numerous times . Our room door was oftenly getting jammed , electric kettle wasn't working , sockets were disabled , certain amenities were missing, staff shortage due to festive season . I gave suggestions to the concerned manager. Hope they will improve their standards .

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The reception staff especially Nila Giri is extremely kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything I needed. Their helpful nature made the whole experience smooth and comfortable, whether it was check-in, directions, or arranging small things during my stay. The overall service was excellent, and I truly felt taken care of. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a pleasant and friendly place to stay.
