10 years ago we had stayed in the same property .It was Country Inn and now it is Mysore County . They have maintained a very good standard regarding food . I am happy with the staff in food court as they are approachable and service was Excellent! But the front desk staff weren't responding properly although we called numerous times . Our room door was oftenly getting jammed , electric kettle wasn't working , sockets were disabled , certain amenities were missing, staff shortage due to festive season . I gave suggestions to the concerned manager. Hope they will improve their standards .

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The reception staff especially Nila Giri is extremely kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything I needed. Their helpful nature made the whole experience smooth and comfortable, whether it was check-in, directions, or arranging small things during my stay. I had terrible experience because in the room the AC is not working properly and the room is not clean they have not changed the bedcover and blanket and there is no toilet kit in washroom

I would like to summarise my feedback in below points: 1. Horrible breakfast 2. Unhygienic and dirty swimming pool 3. Dirty gym and game zone . Poorly maintained property. Only rooms are good but that is not the only thing for which you are paying. Not recommended.

The only problem was the food. The breakfast buffet was No salt used in the main dishes. Especially the bhaji and the dose’s were a waste. Not fresh. Apart from the ready made dessert and the Potato’s and the juices nothing else was good.
