Collection O White Suites-Kemp Fort mall

The location was good, near to mall and market but they declined the check-in as they they were selling the building. They informed me when I reached with all my luggage and everything.

The room was clean, but a little smaller than expected. They don't serve breakfast although it's mentioned they do. Receptionists can be a little more pleasant

The property is neat and clean, pretty new. But there is no other facilities available other than wifi. It's not having a restaurant nor they arrange food. They initially refused to give the room as it was booked for three.

When i reached the hotel, i got the reply that no room was available.

The best hotel i have ever seen in bengaluru. The reasons are below #super location # staff behaviour was too good. #room was too good.

Facilities were not upto the standard, approach road was logged with water, tea kit was not provided, when asked they refused and receptionist was almost illiterate.

Stay was good and comfortable. Worth for money. Location is in prime area. Very basic amenities in hotel room, but it's worth as compared to money. Cleanliness is ok. Bathroom is decent. So only stay purpose is good.

Stay was good, no interruptions. The hot water was 24*7. The room was neat and clean, the problem was that the room was cleaned every day, like i was for 2 days, so when i checked in, the room was neat and clean but on the second day, the room was not cleaned.

5- the stay was amazing and the room and amenities provided were of good quality ✨👍 they weather of bengaluru was specially nice ...only thing to worry about is the traffic. the hotel doesn't have a in house restraunt but there are food places on walking distance. there is also a lift , it's kind of slow but its very convenient.

I had an wonderful experience there. The room and rest room was pretty quiet descent and clean although it's was a peaceful and calm atmosphere out there. Also it is pretty easy to go out and explore.

Too much noisy due to some loud music running continuously which makes me very uncomfortable apart from that room was pretty decent

Location - location of this hotel it’s quite good. Very silent area - 4 hotels rooms - hotel rooms is an average not worth to price because rooms are small and tv. Ac not working properly. - 3 cleanness - room are not clean one day after but when they clean it’s not good. - 2 service - lack of service and bad experience. Staff is new so they don’t know to give the service to customers. But staff is polite. - 2
